Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile and trend-savvy Video Editor & Graphic Designer to own and elevate our visual storytelling across YouTube and Instagram. If you have an eye for high-retention editing, punchy design, and a deep understanding of short- and long-form social algorithms, we want to talk to you.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between motion and still design—crafting everything from viral Reels and polished YouTube essays to high-converting social graphics.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Video Production: Edit, color grade, and sound-design engaging content for YouTube (long-form/Shorts) and Instagram (Reels, stories, carousels) with a focus on retention and pacing.
- Graphic Design & Assets: Design high-CTR YouTube thumbnails, Instagram carousel graphics, story templates, and promotional banners that align with brand aesthetics.
- Trend & Algorithm Tracking: Stay ahead of social media trends, trending audio, and platform feature updates to quickly capitalize on viral moments.
- Collaborative Storytelling: Brainstorm and execute creative concepts alongside the content and marketing teams to turn raw ideas into compelling visual narratives.
- Brand Consistency:



Maintain and evolve visual guidelines across all digital touchpoints.

Required Skills & Expertise
- Core Software: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop.
- Bonus Tools: Experience with After Effects (motion graphics/kinetic typography) or CapCut/DaVinci Resolve is a solid plus.
- Platform Fluency: Deep intuitive understanding of pacing, hooks, captions, and aspect ratios for Instagram Reels and YouTube formats.
- Design Fundamentals: Solid grasp of color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and composition.

Work Environment & Logistics
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Work Mode: On-site (Daily Office) in Gurgaon, Haryana

Candidate Requirements
- Based in or comfortable commuting to Gurgaon.
- Open to all eligible applicants (Freshers with a killer portfolio or experienced pros are welcome).
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.

Compensation
- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (commensurate with experience and portfolio quality)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
