EyeSetu × iClinix is hiring a Video Editor & Content Creator who sees a 3-second hook where others see a doctor talking, and who can turn "cataract awareness" into something people actually share.

Who we are

IClinix is a multi-location eye care clinic across Delhi-NCR, led by surgeons including Dr. Shikha Gupta and Dr. Varun Gogia. EyeSetu is building the future of preventive, tech-enabled eye care. Together we run Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, and we want every one of them to be impossible to ignore.

Your typical week could look like this ?

- Mon: Cutting a doctor explainer into 3 Reels with hooks that land in the first second
- Tue: Shooting B-roll at our Paschim Vihar or Gurgaon clinic
- Wed: Spotting a trending audio and turning it into an eye-health Reel before the trend dies
- Thu: Editing a cinematic facility film, the premium, slow, beautiful kind
- Fri: Designing thumbnails and carousels that get the click
- Sat: Pitching next week's wild ideas, the ones that could go viral

You'll fit right in if you…





- Have 2–4 years of editing short-form content and a portfolio that proves it
- Are fluent in Premiere Pro / CapCut / DaVinci (After Effects = bonus points)
- Can whip up graphics in Canva or Photoshop when needed
- Can pick up a camera, set a light and mic a doctor without panicking
- Think in hooks, pacing, captions and retention
- Speak both Hindi and English and can make content work in both
- Bonus: you've made healthcare content before (or you're dying to)
