DigiPhlox is a digital marketing agency helping brands in real estate, hospitality, healthcare, education and local businesses grow online. We produce YouTube videos, Reels, ad creatives, and commercial and drone shoots for our clients.

The Role

We’re looking for a creative video editor who understands what makes people stop scrolling. You’ll edit content for multiple brands across industries, from short-form Reels to long-form YouTube videos and performance ad creatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit YouTube long-form videos, Shorts and Instagram Reels for clients and in-house channels
- Create video ad creatives for Meta Ads and Google/YouTube Ads
- Edit commercial and drone shoot footage (property walkthroughs, resort showcases, brand films)
- Add motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, transitions and sound design
- Do colour correction and basic colour grading for a polished look
- Apply hooks, pacing and retention techniques to improve watch time
- Manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines
- Stay updated on trending formats, audio and editing styles

Requirements

- [1-2]+ years of video editing experience (agency experience is a plus)




- Robust command of Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
- Working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics
- CapCut, Canva and basic Photoshop skills are a bonus
- Good understanding of short-form content and social media trends
- Strong storytelling sense, attention to detail and ability to take feedback
- Portfolio is mandatory
