Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Nagpur.

The Video

Editor will work closely with the creative and production teams to edit raw footage into polished videos for marketing, social media, corporate communication, and client campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include assembling and trimming footage, adding transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and applying color grading to maintain visual consistency. The role also involves creating basic motion graphics, incorporating branding elements, and preparing final deliverables in appropriate formats and resolutions.

Editor will be expected to manage multiple projects,



meet deadlines, maintain organized file structures, and collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and ensure quality standards.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to enhance visual quality and ensure consistent look and feel across projects.
- Ability to create Motion Graphics and integrate Graphics elements to support storytelling and brand guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and compositing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools).
- Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, resolutions, aspect ratios, and export settings for different platforms.
- Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to follow creative briefs while contributing ideas for improvement.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced production environment.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, animation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
