Abhishek Branding LLP is looking for a creative, technically skilled and responsible Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer who can independently develop engaging visual content using qualified video editing, motion graphics and AI-assisted production tools.

We are seeking a creative professional who understands visual storytelling, takes ownership of assigned projects and delivers high-quality work from concept to final client approval.

Essential Skills & Responsibilities

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and Filmora.
- Practical knowledge of AI-powered video creation and editing tools.
- Experience creating corporate videos, promotional videos, product presentations, social media reels and motion graphics.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, animation, transitions, audio editing and colour correction.
- Ability to work with video footage, graphics, photographs, voice-overs and other multimedia assets.
- Knowledge of video formats, aspect ratios, resolutions and export requirements.
- Ability to read and understand English scripts, client briefs, instructions and feedback.
- Ability to independently manage video assignments from initial requirements through revisions to final client approval.
- Strong attention to visual quality, timing, consistency and project deadlines.

Earnings & Work Structure 30% Project-Based Earnings | No Fixed Monthly Salary

- Earn 30% of the agreed billable value of independently completed and client-approved assignments.
- Each assignment has a mutually agreed scope, project value and payment terms.
- Agreed compensation is released following final client approval, according to the agreed payment terms.
- Earnings depend on successfully completed and approved assignments.
- No guaranteed fixed monthly salary or predefined earning ceiling.
- Work from our Vadodara office. Remote working is not available.
- Full-time availability, part-time and project-based arrangements may be considered by mutual agreement.
- An initial three-month engagement period helps both parties evaluate working compatibility and future opportunities.
