Video Content Creator & Editor

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative, technically proficient, and trend-savvy Video Content Creator & Editor who can conceptualize, shoot, edit, and produce impactful digital content for our in-house brands.

The ideal candidate should be more than just a video editor. We are looking for a visual storyteller and creative thinker who can transform simple ideas, product features, campaign briefs, and influencer footage into engaging, scroll-stopping content. The role requires strong visualization skills, an understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to independently execute videos from ideation to final delivery.

The candidate should be proficient in reel creation, stop-motion videos, animation, motion graphics, product videos, influencer content editing, and AI-assisted video production, with a strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and current social media trends. The role also involves collaborating with internal marketing, coordinating with external creative agencies, and ensuring that all content aligns with brand positioning and campaign objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in video content creation, production, and editing.
- Formal degree, diploma, certificate, or professional training in video production/editing is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent editing software.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects or equivalent motion graphics and animation software.
- Ability to independently create stop-motion videos, basic animations, and motion graphics.
- Practical understanding of cameras, lighting,



shooting techniques, and professional video production workflows.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar graphic design tools.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative and video production tools.

Creative Skills

- Exceptional visualization and conceptualization skills with the ability to turn an idea into a powerful visual execution.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, video hooks, transitions, music synchronization, and editing rhythm.
- Ability to conceptualize innovative Reels, product videos, influencer edits, and performance marketing advertisements.
- A strong aesthetic sense with attention to composition, typography, colour, and brand identity.
- Understanding of audience behaviour and the creative elements that drive engagement on social platforms.
- Ability to think independently, experiment with recent formats, and generate original content ideas.
- Awareness of the latest advertising, design, motion graphics, and social media trends.
