Role Description The Vice President for Canada Opportunities is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Canada. This role is responsible for driving the growth of Canada-focused immigration and visa consulting services, including developing market strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding partnerships.

The Vice

President will oversee client engagement processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide teams to deliver accurate and timely advisory services for Canada immigration programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, monitoring operational performance, optimizing service delivery, and representing the organization in key client meetings and industry events.



The role will also involve collaborating with senior leadership to shape long-term vision, revenue targets, and process improvements for Canada-related opportunities.

Qualifications

- Solid leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills to guide multi-disciplinary consulting and operations teams.
- Proven experience in business development, strategic planning, and client relationship management within professional services or consulting environments.
- In-depth understanding of Canadian immigration programs, visa categories, and regulatory frameworks, or the ability to quickly acquire this knowledge.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex immigration processes clearly to diverse clients.
- Background in international education, migration services, legal, or related fields is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Law, International Relations, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment in Bengaluru, with strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience setting performance targets, tracking metrics, and implementing process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and service quality.
