Role Description The Vice President Corporate Development is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading strategic growth initiatives for Jetking Infotrain Limited. This role oversees the identification, evaluation, and execution of mergers, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and investments aligned with the company’s long-term objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing deal pipelines, conducting market and competitive analysis, driving financial modeling and valuation exercises, and coordinating due diligence activities across functional teams.

Development will collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop corporate strategy, structure and negotiate transaction terms, and ensure effective integration planning and performance tracking for completed deals.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Corporate Development and Acquisitions, with a proven record of leading end-to-end deal processes.
- Advanced skills in Finance and Financial Modeling to assess investment opportunities, valuations, and business cases.
- Demonstrated experience in Due Diligence, including legal, financial, operational, and commercial reviews.
- Extensive background in strategy, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and growth planning within education or technology sectors (preferred).
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and comfort working with complex data.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is highly desirable.
- Prior leadership experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
