We are seeking an experienced skilled to manage vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, rate agreements, and business partnerships for travel related services. The role involves identifying and onboarding suitable suppliers, negotiating competitive commercial terms, finalising agreements, and maintaining strong vendor relationships to support the company’s travel operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, evaluate, and onboard hotels, resorts operators, and other travel suppliers.

- Negotiate rates, commissions, payment terms, cancellation policies, and other commercial conditions.

- Lead vendor discussions independently and close agreements aligned with the company’s requirements.

- Review contracts, verify terms and conditions, maintain documentation, and track renewals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective vendors.

- Research new vendors, market rates,



and partnership opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records of vendors, negotiated rates, contracts, commissions, and agreement validity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Relevant experience in travel and tourism, hotel contracting, vendor sourcing, procurement, or commercial negotiations.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and deal closing skills.

- Experience sourcing hotels, sightseeing services, and destination-related vendors

- Ability to independently manage vendor discussions and commercial agreements.

- Understanding of contracts, pricing structures, commissions, and payment terms.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
