Job Title: Vehicle Function Calibration Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for candidates with experience or knowledge in vehicle function calibration and validation. The role involves calibrating and validating vehicle/engine functions, supporting calibration projects, preparing test setups, and coordinating with cross-functional teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute calibration work packages as per project requirements and agreements.
- Perform calibration and validation of vehicle functions across different engine and vehicle segments.
- Support calibration project managers in ensuring process adherence.
- Manage components, vehicles, test-track schedules, and calibration activity tracking.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams and customers.
- Prepare test setups for engine and vehicle calibration activities.
- Support calibration, validation, and field activities at customer locations.
- Participate in vehicle expedition trials at extreme locations, including summer, winter, and high-altitude conditions.
- Follow all applicable compliance requirements.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of diesel, gasoline, and CNG engines.




- Knowledge of exhaust gas after-treatment systems.
- Basic understanding of vehicle function calibration processes and dataset handling.
- Basic knowledge of emissions, after-treatment systems, and OBD (On-Board Diagnostics).
- Understanding of engine management systems, sensors, and actuators.
- Familiarity with calibration and analysis tools such as INCA, MDA, Uniplot, and MATLAB.
- Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical relationships and their consequences.
- Proactive approach and ability to work under time constraints.

Travel Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively to customer locations and test sites.
- Willingness to relocate, if required.
- Ability to participate in summer, winter, and high-altitude expedition trials.
- Good driving skills with a valid driving licence (DL).
