MANDATORY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- 3–6 years of experience in Varicent (formerly IBM SPM), Tool Version 7 and above.
- Experience in SPM technologies is preferred, along with Application and Maintenance Services (AMS), Support and Maintenance, and Data Integration.
- Proficiency in writing database queries and understanding database concepts.
- Ability to design and develop reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
- Experience creating and modifying calculations, views, and data stores in Varicent.
- Experience developing reports for different roles and titles.
- Handling ad hoc data change requests from clients.
- Experience working with complex data structures for data extraction and transformation.
- Experience extracting data from multiple databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, and Teradata.
- Experience developing and managing web reporting portals, including data extraction, data loading, portal page creation, and testing.
- Ability to program structural data validation checks and identify data discrepancies.
- Knowledge of database management tools.
- Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with MS Excel, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint.
