The Valuation Analyst is responsible for preparing professional valuation reports for various asset classes including land & buildings. The role involves analyzing data, coordinating with valuers and analysts, and drafting clear, accurate, and compliant reports as per regulatory and professional standards.

Job Role: - Valuation Executive

Responsibilities & Duties: -

Technical Assessment:

- Conduct physical site visits for verification, measurement, and inspection of land and building.
- Assess Market Value, Fair Market Value, Realizable Value, and Distress Sale Value of the property.
- Evaluate building age, remaining life, construction quality, and depreciation.
- Verify land use, zoning, approved building plan, and development potential.




- Compare Government Guideline Value with current Market Value.

Reporting & Documentation:

- Prepare detailed Valuation Reports as per IBA / Bank / Insurance Company formats.
- Attach photographs, location map, site sketch, and measurement sheets.
- Capture geo-coordinates (Latitude/Longitude) and Google Maps location.
- Identify and report any risk factors, encroachments, or deviations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory for Bank Empanelment) OR B.Arch.
