Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced US TA Lead with strong expertise in US staffing and IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment, closing niche technology positions, and leading recruitment teams while actively contributing to sourcing and hiring closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for US technology and professional staffing requirements.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in US staffing and IT recruitment, with a proven track record of closing positions within tight timelines.
- Understand US employment models, including W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time/Direct Hire.
- Maintain a good understanding of US work authorization categories, including US Citizens, Green Card holders, H-1B, H-4 EAD, L-2 EAD, and OPT/CPT.
- Recruit across major US markets and coordinate effectively with stakeholders across EST and CST time zones.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of US-based talent for niche and hard-to-fill technology positions.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand job requirements, talent availability, compensation, and hiring timelines.
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, pay rates, competitor hiring trends, and location-specific challenges.
- Improve candidate engagement and manage offer acceptance, offer-to-join ratios, candidate dropouts, and counteroffers.
- Track recruitment metrics, including submissions, interviews, selections, closures, ageing, and turnaround time.
- Mentor and guide recruiters while remaining actively involved in sourcing,



candidate evaluation, and position closures.
- Manage multiple high-priority requirements in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Candidate Requirements
- 10+years of experience in US recruitment, with significant exposure to US staffing.
- Strong expertise in US IT and technology hiring.
- Proven experience independently closing niche, specialized, and senior-level positions.
- Solid knowledge of the US staffing ecosystem, employment models, work authorizations, and compensation/rate structures.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as Dice and LinkedIn.
- Excellent sourcing, negotiation, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
- Experience managing multiple requirements and meeting aggressive hiring targets.
- Ability to work US-aligned hours or night shifts as required.
- Strong ownership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
