- Engage with U.S./UK prospects through outbound calls and qualified communication.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Upsell products and services while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage the sales pipeline and daily activities effectively.
- Stay updated on products, services, and industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives.

- Experience in outbound calling and inside sales.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
