Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented

US Non-IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in US staffing

. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and interview coordination skills, along with a good understanding of the US recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Non-IT positions across multiple industries.

- Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.

- Screen candidates based on client requirements, relevant experience, communication skills, and work authorization.

- Recruit for positions across

Legal, Healthcare, Finance, Banking, Manufacturing, Logistics, Administration, Human Resources, Customer Service, and other Non-IT sectors

.

- Negotiate pay rates and confirm candidate availability, location preferences, and employment eligibility.

- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and follow up with candidates until onboarding.

- Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment activities in ATS.

- Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to fulfill client requirements.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of proven experience in US Non-IT Recruitment (Mandatory).

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Strong knowledge of the US staffing and recruitment lifecycle.

- Hands-on experience with US job portals such as Indeed, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn.

- Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, rate negotiation, and interview coordination.

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle multiple client requirements simultaneously.

- Experience working in a target-driven US staffing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience recruiting for professional Non-IT positions

- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tracking.

- Proven track record of successful candidate placements.
