Nueulabs is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Jaipur. If you have 1–2 years of experience in US IT recruitment and staffing, understand the US hiring landscape, and enjoy connecting the right talent with the right opportunities, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

· Source, screen, and engage qualified IT professionals for US-based contract and permanent opportunities.

· Work with job portals, LinkedIn, qualified networks, referrals, and internal databases to build strong candidate pipelines.

· Understand technical requirements and identify candidates whose skills, experience, location, and availability align with each role.

· Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate communication,



and support the recruitment process through placement.

· Maintain accurate candidate records and provide timely recruitment updates.

What We’re Looking For

· 1–2 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment or staffing.

· Familiarity with US recruitment processes, IT skill sets, sourcing techniques, and candidate screening.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to work from the Jaipur office during night-shift hours.

· A proactive, target-driven, and collaborative approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
