We are looking for an experienced US Payroll Specialist with hands-on expertise in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) to manage end-to-end US payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process semi-monthly US payroll accurately and on time.
- Upload payroll input files and manage employee payroll data in ADP WFN.
- Verify employee hours, overtime, earnings, deductions, bonuses, and taxes.
- Handle current hires, terminations, salary changes, and payroll adjustments.
- Perform payroll reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate payroll reports and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Compliance, and ADP support teams.
- Ensure compliance with US federal and state payroll regulations.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of US payroll experience.
- Hands-on ADP WFN experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of multi-state payroll, US payroll taxes, and overtime rules.
- Strong Excel and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet payroll deadlines.
