Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Dice, and other recruitment platforms.

- Identify and recruit candidates for US IT requirements, with a strong focus on W2 candidates.

- Screen, evaluate, and vet candidates for technical skills, experience, communication, work authorization, and job suitability.

- Validate candidate resumes, employment history, availability, and other relevant details before submission.

- Coordinate with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver quality profiles.

- Maintain accurate candidate records, submissions, and recruitment updates in the ATS.

- Build and maintain a strong network of qualified IT professionals for current and future requirements.

- Meet daily sourcing targets and monthly recruitment goals while maintaining high submission quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum

2 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment

- Mandatory experience sourcing and recruiting W2 candidates for the US market.

- Strong expertise in IT sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and other job portals.

- Excellent candidate screening, vetting, and qualification skills.

- Experience working with ATS platforms and maintaining recruitment trackers.

- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.

- Ability to work in US time zones and meet recruitment targets.
