Core Responsibilities

- Talent Sourcing: Search for candidates on platforms like Dice, Monster, Indeed, and tech networks using Boolean and keyword search methods.

- Screening &
- Assessment: Evaluate technical skills, resumes, and project experience to match candidate stacks (e.g., cloud, data engineering, full-stack development) to client requirements.

- US Visa &

- Compliance Management: Navigate and verify American work authorization types, including H-1B, OPT/CPT, Green Card (GC), TN, and E3 visas.

- Tax Terms &

- Contracting: Manage standard US employment and contracting classifications such as W-2, Corp-to-Corp (C2C), and 1099.

- Interview &

- Offer Coordination: Schedule technical rounds, assist with rate/salary negotiations, send rate confirmations, and manage candidate pipelines through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

- Shift Alignment:



Work aligned with US business hours (such as EST or PST shifts) depending on the employer or client base.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Technical Literacy: Clear understanding of core tech stacks, languages, and tools (e.g., Python vs. JavaScript, AWS vs. Azure) without needing to code.

- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with US labor regulations, staffing metrics, and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).

- Communication &
- Negotiation: Robust written and verbal English skills to pitch roles, handle counter-offers, and close candidates.

- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
