Riana Technologies is looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT positions.
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and other recruitment platforms.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess technical skills.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely submissions.
- Work with different US employment types, including W2, C2C, and C2H.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US IT technologies, job requirements, and recruitment processes.
- Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Dice.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment workplace.
