Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify candidates for US requirements.
- Search candidates through job portals and professional networks.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
- Communicate with candidates professionally throughout the hiring process.
- Work with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good English communication skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet usage.
- Willingness to work in a US/night shift.
- Good communication, confidence, and a learning attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
