US IT Recruiter

PineqLab is looking for a confident and result-oriented US IT Recruiter responsible for connecting with US IT professionals, explaining PineqLab’s career/placement programs, converting qualified candidates into enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to US IT candidates and generate qualified leads.
- Communicate with US-based IT professionals and understand their career requirements.
- Explain PineqLab’s programs, services, and enrolment process clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into paid enrolments.
- Maintain candidate records, follow-ups, and daily calling/enrolment reports.
- Achieve assigned calling, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the enrolment process.

Requirements





- 1–2 years of experience in cold calling, telecalling, inside sales, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in US IT staffing/recruitment is preferred and strongly valued.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and persuasive approach.
- Comfortable communicating with US-based candidates over calls.
- Solid convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Excel.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on enrolments or conversions.
- Must be comfortable working night shifts.
- Must be willing to work onsite from the Noida office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
