Job Title: US IT Recruiter ( Fresher also eligible)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions in the US market. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Understand job descriptions and match candidates with client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Negotiate rates and salaries based on client budgets.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely submissions of qualified candidates.




- Build and maintain robust relationships with candidates and vendors.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of US IT recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Familiarity with IT technologies, job roles, and technical terminology.
- Experience with Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in recruitment portals and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 05 years (depending on the hiring requirement).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and an interest in US IT recruitment may also apply.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
