Are you a graduate with excellent English communication skills, a passion for technology, and an interest in building a career in recruitment?

We are looking for enthusiastic US IT Recruiters to join our team and work with US-based clients in the IT staffing and recruitment industry.

No prior recruitment experience is required comprehensive training will be provided.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a US IT Recruiter, you will:

Handle IT staffing requirements from US-based clients.

Source qualified IT professionals through job portals such as Dice, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.

Search and identify suitable candidates using Boolean Search techniques.

Review and validate resumes based on technical skills and experience.

Verify candidate work authorization/status.

Communicate with candidates and understand their career requirements.

Build and maintain a strong resume database for current and future requirements.

Develop an understanding of US staffing, employment types, compensation, and perks.





WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Mandatory Requirements

Bachelor's degree.

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Basic understanding of Information Technology and current IT trends.

Good understanding of IT technical skills and job roles.

Willingness to work USA Eastern Hours.

Comfortable working from our Mumbai office.

Strong learning ability and a positive attitude.
