Role Description The Yoga Instructor will conduct daily yoga classes for employees, focusing on physical well-being, mental relaxation, and stress management.

Responsibilities include planning and leading sessions that incorporate styles such as Ashtanga and Vinyasa, demonstrating proper postures, providing individual guidance, and ensuring protected practice for participants at varying skill levels. The role also involves educating participants on breathing techniques, mindfulness, and basic lifestyle practices that support holistic wellness,



as well as organizing special workshops and wellness events as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the company’s Hyderabad location, requiring consistent presence and collaboration with HR and management to promote a healthy workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Yoga Instruction skills, including the ability to design and lead structured group and individual sessions.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Ashtanga and Vinyasa practices or similar contemporary yoga styles suitable for corporate wellness programs.
- Candidates should possess solid Teaching skills, including the ability to explain techniques clearly, adapt to diverse learners, and provide constructive feedback.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to engage participants, listen to their needs, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Certification from a recognized yoga institute or yoga alliance, along with practical experience conducting classes for groups or corporate environments, is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of anatomy, injury prevention, and basic health and wellness concepts, plus the ability to maintain a calm, inclusive, and professional environment, is preferred.
