Job Summary

GSK Solutions Inc. is looking for experienced US IT Recruiters with hands-on exposure to Direct Clients and VMS portals. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete recruitment cycle for US IT requirements.
- Source qualified IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and client requirements.
- Understand US work authorizations such as H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, and US Citizens.
- Coordinate with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements.
- Submit qualified candidates to clients/vendors and follow up for interview feedback.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/recruitment database.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and consultants.
- Negotiate rates and compensation when required.




- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
- Good knowledge of US geography and time zones.
- Experience with sourcing platforms such as Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
- Strong communication, sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with Direct Clients, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners.
- Experience with VMS/MSP requirements is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of technologies such as Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, Data, Cloud, Salesforce, SAP, etc.
