? Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Work on C2C, W2, and C2H requirements.
- Recruit for Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, DevOps, QA, and other IT technologies.
- Perform Boolean searches, resume screening, and candidate submissions.
- Coordinate interviews, client follow-ups, and offer negotiations.
- Understand US work authorizations and client-specific requirements.
? Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in US IT staffing.
- Robust sourcing and Boolean search skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Dice.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work onsite in Hyderabad during US night shift hours.
