Role: US Healthcare Recruiter
Location: Remote
Experience: 3-6 years only
Note: Looking for US Healthcare Recruiters with AYA, Kaiser & Medefis experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare staffing.
- Source, screen, and place healthcare professionals for client requirements.
- Work on client accounts such as AYA, Kaiser, and Medefis .
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate submissions.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and meet daily/weekly recruitment targets.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and submission deadlines.
Requirements:
- 2–6 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with AYA, Kaiser, or Medefis is preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
- Knowledge of US healthcare staffing processes and VMS platforms.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
