Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify healthcare professionals for US-based opportunities
- Understand job requirements and match candidates with suitable positions




- Communicate with candidates and explain job opportunities
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment records
- Coordinate with internal teams throughout the recruitment process
- Learn and follow US Healthcare staffing and recruitment processes
