Hiring: US Healthcare Tele caller | Perungudi, Chennai

Location: Perungudi, Chennai

We are looking for candidates with experience in US Healthcare Calling, International Voice Process, or Healthcare BPO.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound calling to US patients, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
- Patient outreach and Health Risk Assessment (HRA) data collection.
- Appointment scheduling and provider coordination.
- Accurate call documentation and system updates.
- Adherence to quality, compliance, and healthcare data privacy standards.

Required Skills:

- Excellent spoken English and explicit pronunciation.
- Strong listening, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work US/night shifts.

Preferred Experience:



US Healthcare Calling, Patient Outreach, HRA, Appointment Scheduling, Healthcare BPO, or International Voice Process. Transport: Pick-up and drop facility for late-night shifts, with transport reimbursement available as applicable under company policy.

Candidates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in US healthcare operations may also be considered as freshers.
