As a Guest Relationship Executive you will be responsible for manage front-office operations, welcomes clients, and ensures a seamless experience at sales galleries, luxury project sites.
Location: Kolkata, India
Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective buyers, VIPs, channel partners, and guests warmly at the project site.
- Manage the reception desk, handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Schedule client appointments and record visitor logs.
- Address client queries and resolve on-site complaints or concerns.
- Keep the project site, reception area, and hospitality lounges clean, organized, and client-ready.
