Role & responsibilities

1. Receiving and storage of the Raw, packing, consumables, chemicals in the allotted area.

2. Provide status label as applicable and stock updates.

3. Preparing GRN all received materials and updating dispensing record of RM.

4. Arrange material for sampling and inform QC about sampling through GRN.

5. Follow FEFO or the instruction given by stores in-charge while dispensing.

6. Receiving FG from packing, storage as per the batch wise and updating

7. Ensured dispatch as per instruction by stores in-charge.

8. Maintain all documentations and update all log books.

9. Maintain packing room clean condition, with standard label & calibration status updating

10. Ensured packing operation carried out as per SOP, Control wastage of bags.

11. Ensure proper sealing and stretching of finished goods material.

12. Ensure metal detector in operation and prepare documents are followed.

13. Daily RM and FG status bords updating

14. Maintain spares and consumables.

15. Any other work arranged by HOD / Management.
