1. Executive Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Java/J2EE Developer with 8 to 10 years of hands-on software development and architecture experience. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade financial applications using Core Java, J2EE, ReactJS, Oracle, Kafka, and Cloud Architectures .

You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver resilient, cloud-native banking and capital markets applications, troubleshoot technical roadblocks, and ensure seamless delivery within the Financial Services domain.

2. Key Responsibilities & Ownership A. Full-Stack & Backend Architecture

- Lead the design and development of scalable, secure enterprise web applications using Core Java, J2EE, and RESTful/SOAP Web Services .
- Build interactive, responsive frontend interfaces using ReactJS .
- Integrate real-time messaging and event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka .

B. Database Engineering & Automation

- Write and optimize complex Oracle SQL and PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, packages, and database triggers.
- Implement robust RDBMS database designs and data management workflows.
- Develop, automate, and execute Unix / Shell scripts for batch processing, setting management, and deployment pipelines.

C. Cloud Architecture & Technical Leadership

- Contribute to cloud-based application design and microservices architecture deployment.
- Identify, track, and resolve complex technical impediments and bottlenecks across the development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and performance.
