We are looking for a Linux DevOps Support Engineer with robust Linux administration, troubleshooting, automation, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure knowledge. The candidate should have hands-on exposure to HashiCorp Cloud Platform (HCP) and HashiCorp tools, particularly Terraform and Vault.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 Linux and DevOps production support.
- Troubleshoot Linux OS, application, network, performance, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Manage Linux services, processes, permissions, storage, packages, logs, and scheduled jobs.
- Support infrastructure provisioning and automation using Terraform / HCP Terraform.
- Work with HCP Vault / HashiCorp Vault for secrets and access-related operations.




- Support CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot build/deployment failures.
- Automate operational activities using Shell/Bash or Python scripting.
- Monitor infrastructure and applications, analyze alerts/logs, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Support deployments across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Work with development, infrastructure, security, and application teams for incident resolution.
- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
