Job Summary The Unit Head is responsible for driving the day-to-day operations, financial health, and long-term growth of the assigned unit. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages budgets, enforces quality standards, and aligns local unit goals with the broader organizational strategy. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Growth: Participate with top management to build and execute a explicit vision, operational roadmap, and organic growth targets for the unit.
- P&L; & Budget Management: Own the unit's financial performance, including tracking EBITDA, monitoring costs, managing labor wages, and meeting profit margins.
- Operational Oversight: Direct daily workflows, optimize production or service delivery, and ensure high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Team Leadership & HR: Oversee recruitment, training, performance evaluations, coaching,



and staff retention within the unit.
- Stakeholder & Client Relations: Act as the primary liaison between upper management, internal support departments, and key clients or external partners.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze operational reports, and resolve bottlenecks promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s / MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5 to 10+ years of progressive management experience, with a proven track record in P&L; accountability and multi-department leadership.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
- Leadership, conflict resolution, and team-building abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical aptitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or relevant industry-specific management tools.
