For Sr. Executive - UK Accounting

Budget - 7.2 LPA

Position Overview The Sr. Executive – UK Accounts is responsible for preparing statutory financial statements, performing VAT and payroll reconciliations, and supporting UK clients with year‑end accounting, tax computations, and day‑to‑day communication. The role requires strong knowledge of UK accounting principles, FRS 102 Section 1A and FRS 105 disclosures, VAT schemes, and control account reconciliations.

The Executive also contributes to team training, process accuracy, and turnaround time compliance.

Education, Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience with processing of PTR & Year End/Bk
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- 3 Years of Experience in UK accounting with Personal Tax filing experience.
- Experience in UK accounting/outsourced accounting roles preferred
- Knowledge of UK tax and statutory compliance is an added advantage
- Robust knowledge of UK accounting concepts (FRS 102 1A, FRS 105).
- Proficiency in VAT, payroll reconciliation, and corporation tax basics.
- Software knowledge of QuickBooks/XERO/Surf/Taxcalc/IRIS/CCH/Digita etc.




- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Excellent communication skills for daily client interaction.

For Team Lead - UK Accounting Budget - 9.60 LPA

Position Overview The Team Leader – UK Accounts is responsible for managing a team of UK accounting executives, reviewing their work, ensuring accuracy of statutory financial statements, and maintaining high-quality client delivery. The role involves overseeing UK accounts preparation, VAT and payroll reconciliation, corporation tax workings, year‑end schedules, and direct coordination with UK clients.

The Team

Leader also ensures compliance with UK accounting standards and drives team performance through training, review, and effective workflow management.

Education, Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- 5+ Years of Experience in UK accounting with Personal Tax filing experience.
- Experience in UK accounting/outsourced accounting roles preferred
- Strong hands-on experience with review of Bookkeeping & VAT & PTR & Year End
- Managing a team of 4-5 members
- Handling communication with clients.
- Confident and professional client communication.
- Practical experience with accounting software such as:
- Xero, QuickBooks (QB), Hubdoc, Dext, Tax Calc
- Proficiency in VAT, payroll reconciliation, and corporation tax basics.
- Prior team management or TL-level experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for daily client interaction.
