Qualifications & Skill Requirements

- Qualification: Graduate. Qualification in Product Design / UX / Fine Arts a plus

- If the qualification is not in UX, then a course in UI/UX is expected.

- Experience: 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in designing for web and mobile apps.

- Should have an online portfolio of UI & UX design

- Solid working knowledge of

Figma

- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Aftereffects

- Demonstrated ability to apply user-centered design methodologies and conduct usability testing, with a keen eye for aesthetics and details

- Passion for Visual Design/UI Design and open to learn new applications

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a problem-solving attitude





- Familiarity with using AI tools in the design workflow (e.g., for ideation, wireframing, content, or prototyping). Exposure to integrating AI with tools like Figma (including MCP or similar workflows) is a plus.

- Experience with web design with basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus

- Experience in motion graphics and micro animations / micro interactions is a plus

- Ability to analyze user data and translate insights into design improvements.

- Passion for staying current with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices
