Treasury Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to lead our organization's financial planning, cash management, and liquidity strategies. This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for managing corporate funds, investment strategies, banking relationships, and financial risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, deep financial expertise, and understanding of a NBFC functioning. Urgent Opening. CTC negotiable

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily cash flow operations, including cash positioning, forecasting, and optimization across multiple accounts
- Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards
- Oversee investment portfolio management, ensuring appropriate allocation and risk-adjusted returns within approved parameters
- Manage banking relationships, including negotiation of banking services, fees, and credit facilities
- Monitor and manage financial risks including interest rate, currency, and liquidity risks using appropriate hedging strategies
- Prepare comprehensive treasury reports, financial analyses, and recommendations for executive leadership
- Manage debt financing activities, including loan origination, refinancing, and covenant compliance
- Implement and maintain treasury management systems and related financial technology infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including tax regulations, anti-money laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards

Required Qualifications





- Professional degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in treasury, corporate finance, or financial management.
- Robust knowledge of cash management, liquidity management, and investment operations
- Proficiency with treasury management systems and financial software platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments

Preferred Qualifications

- CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) certification
- MBA or Master's degree in Finance or related field
- Background in banking, investment management, or financial services
