Job Overview

Naruto Travels is looking for motivated and target-driven PPC Sales Executives – Flights & Cruises to join our growing sales team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert inbound inquiries into successful sales.

Candidates with experience in PPC sales for flights and cruises will be preferred. Immediate joiners are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to flight bookings and cruise packages.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Explain fares, itineraries, travel options, and applicable booking conditions to customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
- Negotiate effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.




- Build strong customer relationships and provide professional service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales.
- Consistently meet individual and team sales performance goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in PPC sales for flights and cruises is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Ability to handle inbound leads and convert them into sales.
- Customer-focused, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work night shifts supporting the US process.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
