Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from international customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Sell international flight tickets, hotel reservations and holiday packages.
- Provide travel advice, itinerary information and suitable travel options.
- Check fares, availability and reservations using GDS systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
- Upsell suitable travel products and maximise sales opportunities.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and maintain accurate booking records.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Experienced Candidates:



Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the travel industry or international travel sales.
- Freshers: Candidates with a travel, tourism or aviation background may apply.
- Knowledge of any GDS system — Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo — is preferred/required for experienced candidates.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Gujarati and/or Punjabi language skills will be an advantage.
- Strong sales, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work UK shifts from the office.
- Graduate or postgraduate candidates are welcome.
