Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding domestic and international holiday packages,
hotel bookings, flights, and other travel services.
- Generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and holiday packages according to customer requirements and budgets.
- Coordinate with hotels, destination management companies (DMCs), tour operators, and other travel suppliers to obtain competitive rates.
