Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Hyderabad.

The Travel

Consultant will design customized travel itineraries, recommend destinations and accommodations, and manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transfers, and activities. The role involves handling reservations, verifying travel documentation, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure accuracy and timely confirmations.

Consultant will provide proactive customer service, respond to client inquiries, resolve issues during travel, and maintain detailed records in booking and CRM systems.



The position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver smooth, memorable journeys aligned with Privara’s standards of affordable luxury.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design tailored itineraries and oversee complete travel plans.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle bookings for flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to support travelers before, during, and after their journeys and resolve issues efficiently.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with GDS or online booking tools, familiarity with luxury or leisure travel, and knowledge of global destinations.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace are important.
- A diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
