Role Description The Travel Consultant US role at Wizfair Travels is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The individual in this role will assist clients with planning and booking domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation. Daily responsibilities include advising travelers on destinations and itineraries, preparing customized travel packages, managing reservations and changes, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with travel policies.

The Travel

Consultant will communicate regularly with clients via phone, email,



and in person to provide prompt support, resolve issues, and deliver a high standard of customer service. This role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to optimize travel arrangements and uphold Wizfair’s quality and service standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and destination advising to guide clients on suitable itineraries and experiences.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Management and trip coordination to oversee end-to-end travel planning and execution.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to book flights, accommodations, tours, and related services accurately and efficiently.
- Candidates should possess robust Customer Service and communication skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Candidates should ideally have familiarity with GDS or other booking systems, attention to detail, and basic proficiency with office and CRM software.
- Relevant experience in travel or hospitality, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational skills are highly beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred, along with fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
