Job Summary:

Harsha Institutions is looking for an experienced Transportation Manager to oversee fleet operations, route planning, driver supervision, vehicle maintenance, and safe, timely transportation of students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage bus routes, schedules, vehicle allocation, and daily transport operations.
- Supervise drivers, attendance, duty schedules, and performance.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and operating costs.
- Ensure valid vehicle documents, permits, insurance, fitness certificates, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain transport records, trip sheets, and reports.
- Coordinate with management, Principals,



and administrative teams for transport requirements.
- Ensure passenger safety and handle transport-related emergencies and complaints.

Eligibility:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in transport or fleet management.
- Knowledge of route planning, vehicle maintenance, transport regulations, and MS Excel.
- Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: ₹30,000–₹45,000 per month, negotiable based on experience and skills. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
