We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Training & Placement Manager / Senior Manager to lead placement activities, develop corporate relationships, and enhance student employability across the group.

Role & responsibilities

1. Develop and implement placement strategies to achieve recruitment targets across all institutions of Babu Banarasi Das Educational Group.
2. Establish and maintain strong corporate relationships with HR heads, recruiters, and industry leaders.
3. Identify recent recruiters and generate placement opportunities across IT, Engineering, Management, and other sectors.
4. Plan and coordinate campus recruitment drives, pool placements, internships, and off-campus hiring activities.
5. Lead and manage the Training & Placement team, ensuring effective coordination and achievement of targets.
6. Design and monitor student training programs focused on aptitude, communication, soft skills, technical skills, and interview preparation.

Collaborate with academic departments to enhance student employability and bridge industry skill gaps.
8. Monitor placement statistics, salary packages, recruiter participation, and student selection and joining status.
9. Develop industry partnerships, organize corporate interactions, and strengthen industryacademia collaboration.
10. Prepare placement reports, review team performance, and present progress, achievements, and improvement plans to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Training & Placement, Corporate Relations, or Campus Recruitment.
- MBA/PGDM in HR, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred, a bachelor's degree from a recognized university is required.
- Strong corporate networking and industry connections.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving placement targets, preferably in the education sector.
