Role & responsibilities

- Support implementation and deployment activities for projects and clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth execution of the deals
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Basic technical troubleshooting ability.
- Assist in system setup, configuration, testing, and user acceptance processes.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and issue resolution during implementation.
- Maintain implementation records, reports, and onboarding documentation are submitted to respective teams for storage.
- Conduct data verification and basic analysis as required.
- Support end-user training and onboarding activities.
- Monitor implementation timelines and escalate delays/issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards.
- Provide post-implementation support and follow-up.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills.
