Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Reach out to prospective students to understand their academic interests, career goals, and professional development needs. Recommend suitable programs and assist qualified candidates in completing the enrollment process.

- Handle the complete lead management process through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels. Maintain regular contact with prospects, conduct timely follow-ups, and track their progress through the sales funnel.

- Explain program offerings, course benefits, fee structures, and potential career pathways to prospective students. Provide appropriate guidance, clarify doubts, and address concerns to help them make well-informed enrollment decisions.

- Achieve assigned enrollment and revenue goals by effectively managing prospects, improving lead conversion, and contributing to overall team sales objectives.

- Maintain engagement with students after enrollment and facilitate a hassle-free onboarding experience. Coordinate with the concerned departments to address student requirements and resolve any admission or program-related issues.

- Collaborate with Operations, Product, Training, and Support teams to manage student queries, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure a positive end-to-end learning experience.





- Collect and review feedback from prospective and enrolled students to identify recurring challenges, common objections, and changes in market demand. Share findings with relevant stakeholders to improve counselling methods, sales communication, and conversion outcomes.

- Maintain comprehensive records of prospect interactions, follow-up schedules, enrollment progress, conversion data, and lead status. Monitor sales performance and communicate regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.
