Role Description We are looking for dynamic and committed Financial Trainers who specialize in credit management to deliver engaging and impactful financial & credit risk literacy programs and credit awareness sessions under Talent Skillsvarsity's skill development initiatives. The trainer will be responsible for conducting credit awareness sessions, guiding participants on essential concepts, and improving their understanding of credit, risk and BFSI industry.

This is a project specific position, part time and remote. The position is ideal for freelance trainers, trainers looking for short term assignments and for candidates willing to travel within the state.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver financial literacy training sessions to target groups including youth, women, college students, MBA graduates etc as per project curriculum.

· Train participants on:

o Credit Risk Management o Credit policy & Analysis o Underwriting & Approval o Credit facilities o Collections & Recovery o Legal & Regulatory framework

Qualifications

· Education:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Economics). Certification in Financial Literacy, or IIBF modules is desirable.
- Experience:

· Min 2 years in training or as credit officer from any Bank/NBFC/Fintech/Others · Ex Bankers are encouraged to apply

· Position open for all Metros, State capitals, and Tier 1 Towns

- Skills Required:
- Valuable communication skills in local/regional language

Other Requirements

· Willingness to travel to project locations and conduct field sessions.

· Prior experience in delivering similar programs

- · Retired Bankers, Practicing CA’s, Teachers, etc are encouraged to apply
