Role Description The (TRAINEE) Executive - ERP & IT role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Rajkot Area. The trainee will assist in the day-to-day management and support of ERP systems, including data entry, user support, basic troubleshooting, and coordination with departments to ensure accurate and timely information flow. The role involves monitoring system performance, helping implement process improvements, and supporting IT infrastructure such as hardware, software, networks,



and user accounts under the guidance of senior team members.

The trainee will collaborate with operations, finance, and project teams to understand business requirements and help configure ERP modules accordingly. Additional responsibilities include maintaining documentation, following IT security protocols, and participating in training and continuous learning on ERP and IT best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in ERP systems, business process workflows, and basic database concepts.
- Candidates should possess skills in IT support, including hardware and software troubleshooting, network basics, and user account management.
- Candidates should possess abilities in data handling, such as accurate data entry, data validation, and basic reporting or Excel usage.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and support end users.
- Candidates should possess an aptitude for learning new technologies, ERP modules, and IT tools, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Relevant educational background in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Exposure to industrial or manufacturing environments, and interest in electrical or renewable energy sectors, will be considered an advantage.
