- We are seeking an Executive for the Trade Marketing & GTM function who will play a key role in driving sales excellence through analysis, information dissemination, presentations, and recommendations
- This role will involve developing and implementing GTM strategies encompassing pricing, sales and channels, the buying journey, and new product launches

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and budget trade schemes, evaluate their performance, and conduct competitor analysis.
- Design incentive structures for Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Sales Executives/Sales Representatives (SE/SR), and Merchandisers.
- Track channel performance and develop schemes accordingly.
- Create and analyze PAN India MIS Dashboard, generating daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on a state-wise and region-wise basis.
- Implement Sales Force Automation (BIZOM)



App for distributor and retailer billings.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop sales team communication materials such as brochures and leaflets.
- Conceptualize and implement creative ideas to enhance product visibility and presence in-store.
- Participate in sales forecast and performance monitoring, promotion and price planning, and other strategic activities.
- Monitor sales, stock updates, and order details of retailers and distributors.

Key Competencies:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry.
- Practical experience with Sales Force Automation and Distributor Management Systems.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in working with data.
- Bachelor s degree in business or marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, innovative attitude, flexibility, proactive approach, service-mindedness, and ability to work well within a team.
